Couple of questions re: Popups in a WebHelp project:

1) I have imported a project to RoboHelp that contains hundreds of topics that contain inline references that I want to appear in a auto-sizing popup, but they imported as an href= and thus open in a new window. Is there a way I can search and replace these to be the popup Javascript or text-only popup vs. going through each topic one at a time to convert?

2) In the popup, breadcrumbs are displayed as this is the setting in the Navigation properties for my WebHelp properties (i.e. I want bread crumbs in all other windows, but not in Popups)

Thanks, Ned Thanhouser (new to Robohelp)

I'm not sure there could be an automated way as how would it know you want one link converted and another left? Once you have found a link, converting it is easy so I'm not sure any search that has to pause at each link to let you decide to convert or move on would save much time.

You could attach the topics that are to have breadcrumbs to a master page that has a breadcrumb placeholder. When you generate deselect the breadcrumbs option in the dialog and then you will only get the breadcrumbs in pages attached to the master page.
