Creating Custom Flashhelp Skin

Does anyone know how to create custom Flashelp skins? I have been to the adobe archives but what I am looking to do is actually make a skin. Any information would be greatly appreciated - and also, I apologize for accidentally double posting under Webhelp by mistake.
