creating editable - fill-in boxes and fields

Working on an word doc file and need to create editable boxes and field hat can be saved as a .pdf and forwarded or saved for future editing.

I am only using the trial version of adobe acrobat 10.

Hi Perry.

This sounds like you are not using Adobe RoboHelp at all but Microsoft Word and outputting to PDF. Is this correct? If so you are asking in the wrong place. If you want to just create a form in Word, that should be easily achievable.
