Critical error Source Control Provider. Please restart IDE with Robohelp

Hello,

has anyone encountered this type of problem ?

I use a Robohelp project with tfs source control and after the latest upgrade of Robohelp, error messages are always display when i use the publishing web help (chm) as shown below :

I've been looking for an answer to this for two years (and posting on the message boards with no reply). It seems there was an article published by Microsoft about the version of the MSSCCI provider being the problem; HOWEVER, the link to the article no longer exists.  Someone please answer. There's a steak dinner involved for the person who can solve it

I couldn't even find the article on the wayback machine. However, from my original post with the link, apparently the article mentioned a corrupt user profile, so I googled that and found this instruction for fixing a corrupt profile. Maybe it will help.
