Using RoboHelp v 10. Created a test project with 3 topics. I then created a map file with a separate id for each topic. Saved the project and then accessed CSH Test from the toolbox. I selected Multiscreen Help and browsed to the appropriate index file, then selected the correct map file under options. No matter which map number I choose, topic 1 is displayed when I click on "Show Help." I don't think anything is wrong with the map file itself. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be happening here? Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Check whether the map file is included in your output. In the SSL settings, you must check which map files to include. I thought you need to do this for every screen layout.

Hi Willam,
Thank you for responding. Where would I find the SSL settings? When I generate the project, I can see that the mapping file exists under the desktop folder which is the project folder I'm using. So it sppears to be there.

Hi,
In the Single Source Layouts pod (View > Pods > Single Source Layouts) you can double click a layout to open it. That's the settings page for the layout.

Hi Willam,
Yes, I navigated to this settings page previously but was not sure what I was supposed to change here. When I generate the project, I'm selecting Multiscreen HTML5. The mapping file is included in each of the layout directories when the project is generated. When I use the CSH tool, the only way I can show any help is to select the Multiscreen Help button and navigate to the index file under the desktop folder. Then I navigate to the map file under the same folder under Options. Is the problem with the options I'm using in the CSH Test tool? I followed the instructions on how to use the CSH tool but it just doesn't seem to be working.
Regards,
L.

Hi,

For every screen profile, select the map files you want to include the context sensitivity from in the section Map Files. Just select all map files and the CSH should work fine.
