Thanks for the info. Another question, when I go to Branding Options, the Icon Images option isn't available. Is that because I'm using browser-based AIRHelp?

In that case, will I be able to add our company logo to the output? When I used the company logo function, the logo was very, very small when I generated the output - but the actual graphic file wasn't small.

Sorry, forget the skin editor for this problem. It is the company logo in the layout configuration and I believe you are restricted to a png 32 by 32.
