dirty characters like à compiling in responsive html5 (robohelp 2020)

hi,

i'm using the 2020 version of robohelp and after compiling my help it contains some dirty characters like à in place of à and others similar. do i need to set something before compiling? maybe Italian characters?

Does the font you're using in the HTML support that language? Are you seeing this when you view the HTML5 locally or on a webserver?

During compilation it is necessary to choose CENTRAL EUROPEAN (WINDOWS) as encoding and not default as I did before.
in this way it recognizes the accented letters we have in Italy
