Disable About

I'm being told that there is a security issue on the system that we're putting a WebHelp file on with allowing the popup that, well... pops up when you click the "about RoboHelp" on the far right side of the titlebar. I know I can modify it to look like nothing is there... or even change it to another graphic or text... but I want to completely disable it. How can I do that?
