Document Standards

Some of the documents in our RoboHelp system have the &endash; errors and the prior manager of this product suggested we create Document Standards as to what type of characters we can and cannot use when people submit word documents for posting. Does anyone have a list of standards that should be followed for easy importation and accuracy?

Sounds like a project that was upgraded before a patch was applied to RH7. See Using RH7 on my site.
