Not in the strictest sense of the term "natural language" but that's common with most authoring tools.

Is there a specific problem you are facing?

Hi Peter,

We have since come to the conclusion that the requirement does not apply to our CSH.

The online application/system we are working on doesn’t require a natural language search result.

Any related keyword will bring help links for the procedure they need plus information surrounding it.

Thanks,

- Carlos

The customer provided this.

Here’s the exact requirement:

If natural language processing capabilities are available, natural language search mechanisms can enhance the user’s ability to find desired topics.
