double scroll on html help when using ie9 & and iframe

When our help is inserted in a iframe it appears many times and has a double scroll (see screen shot)

It does not do this if it is in its own window or on ie 7 & 8 when in an iframe.

Is this a RH issue or ie9 issue?

has anyone else seen this? were you able to correct it?

I'm using Robohelp 8.
