Drop-Down box missing from Browse Sequence View

When I use browse sequences in the Microsoft HTML Help window (produced with RoboHelp 6) my other users do not see the page titles at the top of the window or the drop-down box that lists the various sequences I have built.

I believe you need to install and register the file HHActiveX.dll on your users' computers. See this Knowledge Base article:
