Hello,

I am using Robohelp 2019 classic.  I have a PDF form that has a submit option and it should open outlook and email the completed form.  I have saved the PDF to the baggage file in Robohelp.  When I publish and click the link the PDF opens and I can fill out the form but the submit (email) button in the form is not working.  When the PDF opens it opens in a web browser window is there a way to have it open in Adobe Acrobat instead?  If I complete the form and then save it I can then double click on the file and it will open attached to an email.  Just trying to not have to save the file to desktop and then double click on it.

Your PDF opening issue is a matter of file associations - Windows thinks that anything that ends in .pdf should be opened in a browser. You can change this so that it uses Acrobat instead. The problem with this is that you have no control over other people's machines - you don't know how they have their PDF file associations set unless you tell them to make them act the same way as you want it to behave.
