We have a concern in Robohelp 2022, version 2022.2.22. Want to see only contents for the selected modules with left page navigation. Let’s say if we have 10 Main headings for a project, in the output, the application should display only the selected heading and its sub-topics in the left navigation pane others should not be visible. How we can achieve this?

You need to have all topics in the TOC to get them included in the build when you generate. However, you can hide them in the generated TOC by selecting the checkbox shown below.

That can be done in the Topic Properties or by clicking on the item in the TOC.

You can also multi-select topics on the Contents Panel and right click. The same option will be in the MultiTopic Properties dialog.

Hi Peter,

Thanks for responding. I want all the topic to be generated. But when the user clicks on module/heading name in the home page menu, only the selected module and its sub topics should be visible. The user should go back again and should be able to select another topic. Now at this time it should enable sub topics for the this selected module.

Please assist how i can achieve this. Refer the images attached.

Ah, for that, you'd need to build like a sub-TOC (mini-TOC) topic for that main page to point to & then display only the topics that you want to show. I don't think there's anything out of the box that would do that for you (but I could be wrong).
What's the rationale for doing it that way anyway? You still get sent to the appropriate secttion of the help.

I don't think any of the templates work that way or can be made to. You could submit a feature request that won't give you a solution in the short term.

Please follow this link to report bugs or request new features. https://tracker.adobe.com. Post the link to your bug report / feature request in this thread and others can vote for it. The more people who do so, the higher it gets prioritised.
