This is only if nobody comes up with a better idea as it's a
bit painful.
You could just try a simple uninstall and reinstall but I
don't think that is it. What I wonder is whether there is a problem
with your network profile.
If that is it, then you would need to get IT to keep your old
one in case this doesn't fix it. A new profile means you lose all
your settings for all your programs, hence me saying it is painful.
If this does not fix it, then they might as well give you your old
profile back.
In the case of RH, I would deactivate and uninstall it using
your old profile, get the new one and then reinstall.
It may or may not fix anything but it's the only suggestion I
can make. I am asuming the project is not on the network. If it is,
that is more likely the cause and it should not be there.
