Error could not load RoboHelp.

I start a excisting project up in RoboHelp Word. When I try to open a topic I always recieve this error message:
Could not load RoboHelp. Re-install RoboHelp if you continue to get this message. Error could not load RoboHelp. The problem is that I have re-installed RoboHelp and also tried to install it into my other computers but no luck.
Suggestions??????

Did you install it with admin rights attached to your login?
