Hello everybody,
It seems I have some problems with custom HTML5 Responsive Layouts in RoboHelp 11.
My colleage customized a HTML5 Responsive Layout and sent me the slz file so that I can import the layout in my project. This worked out fine.
Unfortunately I am not able to open or edit this layout and only receive a "[file] contains invalid data" message.
I remember that I saw this message earlier when customizing a layout myself and trying to re-open it for editing.
Does anyone know what might be the problem?

Try opening the slz with a zip program. Do you get a list of files or an
error?
Is the file SLZConfig.xml included and is it legible?
Kind regards,
Willam

Hello William,
Thanks for your reply.
I can open the slz-file with a Zip program but I do not see the SLZConfig.xml

That might just be the problem. Try the following:
1. Create a new, empty file called SLZConfig.xml
2. Add the following code in the file:
3. Replace HomePage.slp with the name of the main you want to use.
4. Add the SLZConfig.xml to the slz file.
5. Import in RoboHelp.
Does it work now?
Kind regards,
Willam
