Error received with word doc output

I keep receiving this error when trying to generate a word document ouput....

What point version of RH are you using?

As @Jeff_Coatsworth has said we need to know your version.

Beyond that it is not a message I have seen in twenty years! Is mergedhelp.htm a simple topic or are you trying to create a single document from merged help projects. That cannot be done.
