First Section disappears after a few New Responsive HTML5 Output

Any idea why the first section I have in my project disappears from the output from time to time? I keep adding in the section and inserting the topics. Thanks in advance.

Is it in your TOC? Things changed with the New UI - everything has to be either in the TOC or be referenced by another topic to get included.
Another thought - your version is the OG version - there's been 5 patches of RH2022 so far.

Thanks for the prompt response. Yes, it's the first section in the TOC. I'll check with our tech support to see about updating the patches as that might be the issue.

Are you noticing this happening in your final location for the help file output? Have you tried generating to a new local folder to verify that the files are there and appearing correctly?

The section disappeared again now and I checked the file output. They're also missing from there, but are in my local files.

I'm not aware of any issues with sections disappearing or any fixes that would affect that in the updates. Nevertheless, worth a try as @Jeff_Coatsworth has suggested.

Are you using any build expressions?

When you say "local files" do you mean topics that appear in the Contents panel?
