FM > Robohelp character tag conversion

New Here ,
Apr 07, 2011 Apr 07, 2011

Hello, I am currently using TCS 2 and have a question regarding FM > Robohelp character tag conversion. In my FM documents i use a Red character tag to identify newly added text. This red tag is assigned to multiple/various paragraph tags throughout the document. I want this text to show as red in my pdf document but not in my help. In the help, i want the text to display as the paragraph tag that is assigned to it. Is this possible?

So far, i haven't received an answer to this question. Does anyone know of another forum or resource I can access to get help?

So if you don't want the red character tag to appear in the RH project, what are you mapping it to on the Conversion Settings?

Hi Renee,

You will want to save your chapter template as a different file name (like FM Template for RH.fm)

Then change the definition of the Red character tag to Color: As Is.

Next, in RH set your File > Project Settings > FM Options > Edit to use that new FM template file.

(Thx to Peter Grainge for pointing me to your post!)
