On firefox 3, when i click on the folder icon in the TOC, the folder does not open to show the topics.

The Stats
1. Robohelp 7
2. Using Custom Skin (though the problem exists even when I am not using a skin)
3. Problem exists only on Firefox 3. Works ok on IE

Any help will be much appreciated

I'm seeing the same problem. I looked on your web page under browsers, at item

11] TOC Books do not open in Firefox

and it says "fixed in 7.0.1". My colleague who is seeing the problem is running 7.00.145. Because of the funny numbering I can't tell which version comes before the other.

Your colleague does not have the patch. There is also a later patch that they should have.
