Font blank in top navigation bar

Hi,

I'm working on a Help file in 2019 classic. When I have my cursor in the text, the font name in the character section is blank. I need to find out what this font is because most of the Help file is in this font. But I have some areas where there is Arial. I need to change the Arial to whatever this font is. I tried to copy and paste but it pastes as Arial. I included an image of the font and the empty font in Character.
