Formatting problem in printed document

Hi,

The formatting of the printed document is not the same as in the topics. Also I am getting extra topic heading in TOC.I am including screen shots to give u an idea of the issue.

thnx, I managed to solve my problem. There were inconsistencies in the styles I used for formatting the topics. Once I corrected those, my problem was solved!
