Is it possible to add a link to default Topic Page? TOC is to large for TOC Tiles so I'm hiding it. But want to provide a link to a default page where the TOC will show up.

Which Frameless skin? I'm not familiar with all the new ones in RH2020, but for the ones I have in RH2019 if you turn of the home page in the Output Preset, then the table of contents always displays on the left.
