Get rid of underscores in bookmark entries

I seem to be able to get rid of the underscores in book and topic titles, but I can't seem to get rid of them in bookmark titles--which show up as topics, too, in chm files. What am I doing wrong?

You are not doing anything wrong. Bookmarks cannot have spaces so you either use CamelCase or the spaces will be converted to underscores. Whatever the title ends up as is how it will appear if you include bookmarks in your TOC. You can edit them there and the edit will stick, unless of course you use the AutoCreate TOC feature.
