Having an issue importing a 10 project into 9...please help

Hi,

My company downloaded a trial version of RH 10.  We built a lot in 10, but then, we decided to purchase a copy of RH 9.

We were told we could import a 10 project into 9, but when I try to do that, I get the following error message saying it's not possible.

Can we, or can we not, import a 10 project into 9?

Who told you that? RH projects are a one-way street. Why would you get a trial copy, create content in it & then purchase the prior version? That doesn’t really make that much sense – get yourself an upgrade to RH10 or 11 and carry on creating ;>)

There is a way to open the project but you will use any Rh10 specific features.

I don't have the details to hand but a search on the forum should find

what you need.
