Help Always opening in pop up.

Hi All,
I have created context sensitive help using Robohelp and hosted on the site. Whenever I request the URL for the context sensitive help by giving id it opens in a pop up. Can it be possible to use the same window, instead of pop up. It would be great help if I can get this, as this blocker for me.
