Hello,
I need help with resolving cancellation of teo payments - ID of transactions attached. I did not intentionally or consciously purchased any product (anything connected with adobe - Adobe Pro/Adobe Creative/Adobe whatever).
However, two payments of 99.9€ each, were already proccessed. I have two kids (5 nad 13years) and my finances are severský "tight". These two payments for something I do not use (not once - even don't know for which of wide range of offered products) makes it an existentional problem and severly worsened life conditions for me and my kids.
I would like to politely ask for considering conditions of this unfortunate situation and consent to cancel the payments and funds returning.

This forum is solely for the Adobe RoboHelp product but even if your problem was with RoboHelp, licensing matters can only be dealt with by Adobe. The forums are supported by other users like yourself.
You will have to contact Adobe direct. I will add a link later if I can find one but otherwise check Adobe's site for your product.
