When I open my project, the primary layout is on HTML. I need
it to be WebHelp. However, when I change the layout to webhelp it
deletes all topics. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?
Did you set properties for WebHelp? There is a checkbox for
the TOC tab in WebHelp properties. If the box is unchecked, there
will be no TOC in the output.
Another thing that could be occurring here is that the
WebHelp layout has some sort of a wacky build expression that is
causing too many topics to be excluded.
