hh.exe not opening CHM from RH 2020?

My program uses both hh.exe and help.ShowHelp() and only showHelp works now. The hh.exe works for my older .chm builds from RH 11, but not for 2020. Does anyone know why?

Make sure you're all patched up with RH2020 - CHMs are soooo old that stuff sometimes gets missed in new versions of RH.

I can try - I have to go through a governing agency - but I have v4 and I read v5 patch notes and there's nothing mentioned in there about hh.exe/chm fixes.
