I've unchecked the "binary index" but without any success
I've also run the diag tool (see results below); I've
manually registered hhctrl.ocx, itss.dll, itircl.dll but also
htmlhelp compilation without any success. It also gives the error
"File not found: C:\Program Files\itcc.dll" but the itcc.dll file
exists under C:\windows\system32 and ofcourse not under C:\program
files
