hhctrl.lib and Vs2022 ?

We used hhctrl.lib with VS2012 to enable us to view our Microsoft HTML help. Does anyone know what the equivalent is for use with VS2022 ?

Does "VS" = "Visual Studio"?

Since nothing has changed with CHMs in eons, I wouldn't expect anything to have changed in the display of them except for increasing security shutting them down as a viable option going forward...
