How can I bypass the home page with frameless skin?

I'm customizing the frameless studio skin and have tried to figure out how to skip this front page and have the project open to a topic page or, even better, remove the tiles on this page and insert a topic.  I don't want to use the tiles.

Look in the preset. There's a check box that turns it off.

Thank you, but I've not been able to find it.  Are you able to provide a specific location for this checkbox?

I don't have RH2022 in front of me, but my guess would the Layout tab?
