How Can Robohelp 2019 cache be cleared.

I updated multiple images within Robohelp 2019. Reimported into the system but keep the name of the files the same. When the contents of the project are viewed the images are correct. When I generate and view the project locally the images are correct. Yet, when I publish the older versions of the images are being used. How do I clear the Robohelp 2019 cache? The only other solution I have found is to delete the updated file, remove image from topic(s), rename and load the image again into the project and republish.

thanks

Is the publish destination a web server? If so, it sounds like the images are being cached. You can clear your web browser cache, close all browser windows and wait a minute, then open the site again. That should then show the correct images. Ctrl+F5 can also force a refresh. However, this will only be for you, not your users.

You can also ask your server admin to clear the server cache. And if this is a frequent problem you could ask them to change the max-age http header to a shorter period (I find this particularly necessary for the whxdata folder, although this is not where your images will be cached - I just mention as an example).
