How do I batch generate both Webhelp and PDF with proper PDF behavior?

I'm using TCS 3 with Robohelp 9 and Framemaker 10.

I currently provide 2 types of output: Webhelp and PDF.

I generate my Webhelp with Robohelp, and I generate my PDF from FrameMaker using Save As PDF.

I would like to use Robohlep to batch generate the PDF at the same time as I generate my Webhelp. So far the PDF results using the Printed Documentation option are dismal. I’ve created a css that I use when the “Printed Documentation” is generated, but the PDF looks pretty bad. The FM auto numbering is gone, my forced page breaks are gone, my title page is replaced with a generic PDF title that is defined in the generate dialog, plus much more that just isn’t the same as a good old PDF.

Is there a way to batch generate a PDF at the same time as Webhelp and have the PDF look the same as it does using FrameMaker Save As PDF?
