How do you link to a subtopic within a topic?

I am working in RH HTML 9.  I want to make a cross reference link to a subtopic (a title) that is within my topic so that when you click on this link, it goes to the subtopic.  For example, Go to Filing Papers.  ...where "Filing Papers" is a heading within the topic "Organizing Your Office"- not outside of it.

Hi Erin

You do this by defining a bookmark at the location you wish to link to. Then when you create the link, you link to the bookmarked location.
