How generate a pdf

Hello
I tried to generate pdf from my topic, using " print WYSWYG" and choosing either acrobat distiller or acrobat writer, but in the first case( that I used with my old robohelb version) I get a file that I can"t open( and not a pdf) and in the second case I get a file where parts of my texts are missing ( even after a print set up to avoid it)
Can you help me

Welcome to the forum.

If you generate the help and view the topic, then print to PDF from there, do you get the same problem?

Also do you get the same problem if you use Print WYSIWYG but send it to a real printer?
