How to access RH 2019 projects that were created in a "trial version"

Hi, my company has RH 2020 subscription. In error, a co-worker who couldn't get into our corp acct, started a RH Trial 2019 account. They created many projects in this trial version. We cannot get access to 2019 where these projects are. It's asking for a license key, which we don't have. We do have a subscription for 2020. Is there any way to retrieve these? thank you!

If the projects were created in 2019 New UI rather than 2019 Classic, they can be opened in 2020 and they will be upgraded.

If they were created in 2019 Classic, 2020 has an option to Upgrade a project.

Fixed up your versioning - there's no RH2021. The projects created by the co-worker in RH2019 (the trial part has no bearing on it - the trial is fully functional, just time-limited) should be either on their local workstation or on a network spot. Then, as Peter says, you should be able to upgrade those projects to RH2020.
