How to add additional Robohelp users?

I currently have a Robohelp Multi-platform license, but it's limited to 2 users.  How can I add a 3rd user?  The live Chat is useless.

How did you purchase RH to begin with? I would go back through them to increase your license count.

Multi-platform or multi-user?

A single licence for one user entitles you to run RoboHelp on Windows or Mac.

A multi-user licence is a different thing and that does sound like what you have. I believe that licence has to have an admin and they have a console. I would guess that is where additional users are added.

My understanding is all licences are multi-platform. I think you will need to clarify this with Support.
