I want to add commenting, like, and rate feature in webhelp output using robohelp 8. How can I achieve this? I heard adobe air output of robohelp 8 has these features. But it involves installation by users. Can this be done without adobe air output. We actually give the output to be deployed in webserver. The help system is integrated with the application. Please suggest.

Hi,
As of now, there is not any default way to do this. You may want to look into a service like Disqus. I think that a script can automatically insert the required code into your output, but it will need to be created specifically for your needs. I offer services to help you with this. PM me if you like to know more.
Greet,
Willam

We wanted the same thing so where I work we just created a form on each page within RoboHelp and had the action send the form elements in an email and did a filter on the email address for the "Was This Helpful" radio buttons. Your web developers can also have the action got to a script or another page that just collects the information and sends it to the server or wherever you plan on collecting the data. Hope that helps.
