How to add my project to new connection? and does RH support Version control?

Lately, I've been trying to create a connection, but an error message shows "Failed to create a new connection". Could someone please help me with this?

Also, I want to know does RH support Version control, If yes could someone help me with the process?

Have a look in the help under "Collaborate with authors" for information about source control. It might also help answer your connection error problem.
