How to change backslash key

hi there, is it possible to change backslash keyboard shortcut to other key? I cannot find in anywhere that says Toggle layer mask on/off as rubylith in the keyborad menus.

Is this related to Adobe's RoboHelp product? If not you are asking in the wrong place. This is not a general help forum but one specifically for RoboHelp.
