How to create a "Was this helpful?" button in RoboHelp8, with 2 options - Yes/No. I don't have a database ready to receive the input, so I'd like each button to simply send an email to me when it is clicked

I'm thinking of creating something like this:

Was this page helpful?

Yes    No

Yes button - when user presses this button it should send me an email with the wordings "A user found this page [URL] helpful "

No button - when user presses this button it should send me an email with the wordings "A user found this page [URL] unhelpful "

I've explored Robohelp Insert > HTML > Form but couldn't get to the end result.

Can anyone help?
