How to create a sticky mini TOC

Is there a relatively easy way to make a Topic TOC - sticky (so that it continues to display even as you scroll down)?

Hi there

Unfortunately there is no option to make it happen using the built in capabilities of Robohelp. Certainly anything that may influence it would require knowledge of JavaScript and/OR CSS. Then you would have to roll your own solution.
