How can I downgrade from the 14.0.11 version to 14.0.10?
In the latest 14.0.11 version there is a UI bug. Each time I click somewhere in a topic in RH2019, the window slightly moves about a mm. Especially in the source editor, it moves left and right. It's nauseating.
I'll create a bug if I find time. It's astonishing to me that this was not discovered during software testing.
I have not seen this happening and no one else has reported this on the forums. Is the window maximised? Presumably you have tried a reboot.
You can download Update 10 from this page on Adobe's site. Backup your project first as I can't say whether apply Update 11 to it will have made changes to your code and skins that are not supported in Update 10.

I can confirm I don't have this issue. Not in maximised mode, not in window mode. So it's certainly not a general thing.
Do you have a hover style in the css that makes something bold or so when you hover over it? That can make your text shift when you move your mouse over the text that it concerns. RH uses this in the editor as well, which is kind of annoying. I'd rather have they'd do it in the preview only, but other editors do it too (Word!) so apparently there are people who like it like that.
