Right click a folder as if you want to create a new topic in it. You should also see an option to add a baggage file.

Thanks. Could you please let me know the steps to "Add the PDF to Project Manager as a baggage file " as i have never used the baggage file and I am not sure how that is done. would be really helpful if you could let me know the steps
