How to migrate RH8 dictionary to RH9?

Recently upgraded to TCS 3.0 and RH9.01. In the past, I've been able to copy my previous version's custom dictionary to the new Robohelp version. However, after copying the RH8 added.clam file to the appropriate location for RH9, I'm still getting squiggly red lines under all of our custom names and acronyms.

Is there something else I should be doing?

This problem has been posted several times and there is not a known solution. The odd bit is that after some time, it seems to fix itself.

I don't know whether having copied the old dictionary will impact that.
