All of a sudden, when I print out the Topics from my compiled
Help file, the font size is printing much smaller. Is there a
Project Setting that reduces the font size when printing?

No. There may be a printer setting though. Check to see if
there are any changes that have been made to your printer driver.
You could also try seeing if the same happens from another
PC.
