I am having trouble inserting an image in Robohelp 10.

I am having trouble inserting an image.  I open the Insert Image dialogue box while in a Topic, and my cursor is on the Image Name field.  I then click on the Open File folder icon to browse my PC for the saved image.  After I click on the Open File icon, my PC is stuck.  I can't do anything except to go to Task Manager and end the application.  Help!

When the application appears to lock up, try pressing the Windows key plus the left arrow key. Press the left arrow key twice. Does the dialog show?
