Hello,
I have latest version 2022 of Robohelp.
IE11 is not supporting the generated Map IDs with the latest version. I want to get the output with the 2019 version. How can I do the same?

According to this page, RH2020 supports IE11. https://helpx.adobe.com/robohelp/using/rh_system_requirements.html
That version is still available on the downloads page (see in the left navigation of the system requirements page). See how that goes.

Are you talking about the Classic RH2019 output? What output are you creating? You may have to change your CSH calls to the MapIDs - see Peter's https://www.grainge.org/pages/authoring/calling_help/calling_help.htm

Thanks for the reply Jeff.
I have the latest version of Robohelp 2022. It's not compatible with the IE-11 because of which I am not able to view the Bookmark with Map Ids. When created and linked it takes me to the landing page instead of the Bookmark.
In the other browsers it is working fine for me.
Could you pleaes suggest a way to resolve this.

Ok, back to my question of what kind of output are you creating and what is the method being used to call up specific topics (CSH - Context Sensitive Help)?

Frameless. I have created Map IDs.

Keep going - what is the CSH call using them? See that page from Peter's site on how Frameless output is called.

Hello,
I have already checked the link https://www.grainge.org/pages/authoring/calling_help/calling_help.htm
and following the same with Frameless skin and Map IDs
I have Robohelp latest version 2022. Is there any work around for the topics with Map IDs to run in IE-11.
The only issue I am facing is with the browser.

In short NO. IE11 is not supported. It's like trying to make your petrol car run on diesel. Even Microsoft tell you not to use IE any more, largely for security reasons.

In addition to this thread @Bhawana Soni has posted much the same question in Browsers support in Robohelp 2022 - Adobe Support Community - 14045078
There is also something wrong here as @Bhawana Soni I replied to the same one as @Jeff_Coatsworth but it has gone AWOL.
